Shoddy Admin

I have been trying to apply for a credit card - I submitted my bank statements as requested (six times!) but still get requests for my bank statements. Then I get a call from an agent asking if I would like to apply for a credit card. I tell him that I have already app****. He checks and finds the application but he can't help me because he is not the agent. Now the email requests for my bank statements continue. Please give me a card or decline it - but stop with the multiple email requests and phone calls.
