Shocking state of banking security - Capitec

How is it possible for debit orders to go off my account without my signature or approval. 4 Debit went off my account: Phone vlt, Unitedcon, Arcadezone, Unirewards.

I HAVE NEVER EVEN BEEN ON THESE SITES!!

Capitec, your banking security is shocking!

And now the following is my responsibility: Cancellation or stopping the debit order at the bank, and the bank charges are for my account! The risk of a bad credit record, according to the Capitec bank site! Phone call upon phone call that costs me money! Frustration to try and get hold of these companies that I have never even heard of!
