Shocking service (NO SERVICE) from capitec
Pathetic service delivery from capitec. 5months and 11 e-mail requests and still awaiting the transfer of my late father's accounts into the estate late account. Really expected better than this from capitec.. Is it plain incompetence or is there something more sinister at play here?... Disappointed Executor.
