Shocking service levels

An absolutely atrocious bank where nobody seems to know what the other is doing. They cannot perform simple tasks like the issue of credit cards and the cancellation of standing orders. To top it all off their so-called personal banker refuses to accept any responsibility. Ironically their automated phone answering service tells you they are the bank for entrepreneurs. They don't have a clue what an entrepreneur is. Stay away if you love your business.
