Shocking Service from Capitec Stone Ridge branch , No Service at all

Shocking Service from Capitec Stone Ridge branch, I initially app**** credit online an I was told to go to the Branch, woke up early on Sat was there at 8:17 am was told to send all documentation to *** and Monday will get feedback , nothing happened, I called the Branch again Tuesday OOOpppps no one know who was working on my file, and yet again I'm told I'll get a phone , 5 pm comes nothing I called them again Ooopps the branch was busy now I'm told documents are deleted daily , for crying out loud why do we bother sending only to be told its deleted. I ask to speak to the branch manager and I'm told his gone, Mr. Mpofu No Customer service from your Team , should i go away and seek assistance from other banks , Highly irritated
