Shocking service capitec bank

<p>I wanted to apply for a supplementary card for my wife. She is here on spousal visa. I. E. Not working and she is house wife. As the capitec system requires a payslip the tzaneen branch could not help me nor phone their head office to sort it out. They basically advised me to try another bank. </p>
