Shocking service - Capitec!!

Shocking experience. I have bee banking with capitec for more than 10 + years, however some of my payments (Strava, Spotify and Airbnb) have been declined. I have called and waited on the calls for more than an hour. Nothing has been done. Simmy Mvida said that this is a forex issue on their side. I still have no solution and it has been a month. Strongly considering moving myself and my family to another bank. Please resolve this asap. My ticket number is ***. Then called Thobiso, and waited another 22 minutes and now she made contact with previous agent saying that there is no feedback? Has been escalated to team leader with no feedback. Not taking customer service seriously.
