Shocking service Capitec

Today I tried to purchase a car. Paid 208000 via eft. Garage would not release car untill payment reflected. Phoned capitec. Was informed it was a normal payment and need to do another payment of 208000 so done. Now 416000 down. Still not reflection. After numerous calls and speaking to a useless Connie Mahosi who offered but empty promises I am still without picking up my car and 416000 down. Tomorrow I am closing my accounts and moving to a professional banking institution. Word of advise do not back with Capitec. They are not up to standard compared with the big banks
