Shocking response

<p>Im so astonished by the service rendered by Capitec bank. I took out a loan with them in October 2016, been paying via FNB account to my suprise this morning I had money saved for sending to my sick mother to go in hospital they have deducted the debit order on their Capitec saving account.</p> <p>Our agreement was ttransact the debit order on the 01ST OF EACH MONTH. I need to find out who gave them the audecity to go to my capitec saving account since I agreed on the call that i will be paing them via FNB. tHAT IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT</p>
