Hi There I got a prescription letter from you guys four months ago, to my suprise the loan is still on my banking app. It says next payment 20th jan 2021. If the account is prescribed how come is it still reflecting on my app? Won't capitec take any funds that comes into my acc to settle this acc? Please advise
