Shame on Capitec

An old lady with dementia is in a registered caring facility (SAFV Martha Hofmeyer Polokwane) Her money is in Capitec, but because she is not capable of accessing it I (her son) have been trying to get Capitec to just release payments to the facility on a monthly basis. Capitec has decided that it is too much of a “RISK” to have their own clients’ money paid out to the institution that needs to care for her… Louis Basson (On behalf of my mother Capitec Client)
