Shame on Capitec

After raving about Capitec's efficiency and excellent service, and making my Capitec account my main banking account, I came across a person yesterday morning who spoiled it all. This is one of those people, who's sole purpose in life, is to ruin other people's contentment. I got to Capitec Northmead square at 07h00 to draw a statement from the ATM for proof of residence, like I always do. I was unable to get it from any of the ATMs. The branch's door was half open, and this recking ball was inside. I told her what I needed, and without showing any concern, emotion or resolve, told me to come back 08h00. In her small world, she couldn't figure this pensioner will have to sit and wait for an hour in the car. Out of protest of her blunt unpolite attitude, I told her I will come back at 08h00 to close my account. She said that is fine, just like that, with no human or intelligent concern. Shame on Capitec's employment criteria failure. Shame on removing that statement facility.
