Shakeelah Peterson

There’s this lady Shakeelah Peterson who works at Capitec, literally the only person who knows her job and can attend to an issue. I called 3 times and no one could resolve my issue, on my 4th attempt I got through to her, I explained once, problem was solved. I just hope she’s having a nice day 😭. I hope her bosses see this. I am thankful for what she has done for me. Capitec should hire more people like her.
