Good day never trust capitec bank in your life please it will be best when all please can change to other banks like ABSA and FNB. the whilst experience ever in my life with Capitec nd since 26 July 2020 still awaiting for their response. But they promise me that they will resolve the matter in 24 hours until today 11 August 2020. Capitec it's far from 4th industrial revolution with poor management nd staff.

Capitec Bank Management promise to phone me within 24 hour and after they send me massage on my phone that they still investigate and that will take 14 working day. So my question is why do they lie to me that we will phone you within 24 hour. I will never USE CAPITEC BANK IN MY LIFE THIS IS BAD VERY BAD.
