Settoff Done again after ombudsman complaint

So I have previously had an issue with capitec where they have done a setoff on my account for a large amount of cash without my permission. I have opened up a complaint with the ombudsmen for banking services capitec and I came to a conclusion and I closed the complaint. Today I decided to go through my bank statements cause I notice small amounts of cash just going off the account and I have noticed that in the past 4months there has being 3 to 4 setoffs done on my account. What's going on capitec I thought url would stop this. I'm really thinking off going to the ombudsmen again
