Settlement Discount

Hi, good day

I have phoned and was told because i am on debt review they have to ask for settlement discount. This was done almost 2 weeks ago and nothing is received yet. We have the discounted amount now but need the letter confirming the amount

Please help urgently because we want to settle today still.
