Settlement amount - Reap off

<p>I have a loan with Capitec Bank and I wanted to go and settle it. I went to a branch in Sun Village Sun City to pay it. I got there and the first amount I got was 9004. I went to the ATM to withdraw the money and went back to pay that is when I was told that now the amount is 9115 . I made the payment of 9115 and asked for them to please close the account. I was told that now the amount is 9172. How can a settlement amount change 3 times in less than 10 minutes. I want that account closed.</p>
