Settled debt still accumulating

Hi This is Xolisile Msane. I've been paying Capitec attorneys (Hammond) . They said I should settle my account late April and I did just that on May this year. On my credit score Capitec debt is still accumulating . I really don't know what to do now. Last month it was R620 or R520 and when I check today it's now R1420. Please help.
