Set offs are against the law!!!

If there was a zero rating I would have given it. Capitec bank put a set off in my account without my consent, how is my money safe if they can go in and out of my account without any authorization. I totally understand that the money was a correction but without consulting me they just go in and move money from one account to another as they please. Why do I still have a pin if they can access my finances? It doesn't even show a minus on the app. According to NCA 124 set offs are against the law. Our money is clearly not safe with capitec bank.
