Set off was performed by the bank ony 75 year old mother, Capitec Bloemfontein

Hello Hello Peter, I am still waiting on capitec to refund my 75 year old mother her R11 800 which they yook when they app**** a set off on her account to bring the savings account to a positive, they never got back to me after my last complaint.

We can't wait for 45 days for the bank's mistake for them to return my mother's money, we cannot.

Please help with the matter as previously submitted with you guys.
