SET OFF **********

It clearly looks like Capitec is not willing to pay back the money and continuously playing mind games and to my knowledge their employees have no idea what the Set-Off is and they don't even know the abiding laws of National Credit Regulator!

My wife and I have been running around after Capitec *****ing the money from our Side Keeping Account named "HOPE" *** which they app**** a set-off on my account which means they took money from what is a "FIXED ACCOUNT" (which by right of law should not be touched)!!!! To balance out my wife's savings account which YOU PEOPLE (Capitec) cleared out after your mistake with Nedbank double debit!!

Now this is very insulting and very upsetting. How does one continue banking with you if we dont even feel that our monies are safe?? With unprofessional Consultant who needs more training

"Incident# ***3 CM POS"

Technology helps a lot as I was listening to the phone recording between my wife and Nothemba Nobanda (Capitec Complaint Management Officer) it was an ouch to me as I only heard the lady twisting and turning her tongue without any solutions nor answer to the questions asked by my wife instead she repeatedly talking about the double debit and savings statement. That's so embarrassing thinking we're illiterate and sending us highlighted Savings Account Statement whereby we want our ****** SET-OFF from FIXED ACCOUNT R876.14!!! I'm not gonna beg you to fix your mess!

We want the money back R876.14 plus R70.00 Card Replacement not your stupid explanations!!! My wife and I works very hard for it we don't pick it up from the tree!
