SET OFF APP****!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I woke up and money that was meant to be for transport was ****en gone!!!! It said set-off app****. One account had a zero balance and therefore my account was debited and the other credited. Who the **** now gave you the authority to move my funds without my consent???????? Who did you discuss this with??? And just like that you lost a client who has banked with you since 2010. Don't bother resolving this both accounts will be deactivated later today, like don't call me. It didn't bother you before I wrote this review so you have no business in calling me. You are just becoming more and more pathetic by the day. Over 22k negative reviews now that should be a ****en concern
