How can you say I have a savings account and then create a set off on the same savings and take those funds away due to an unknown error without my consent? Which means you guys can actually make money disappear and customers wouldn’t know about it. I am highly disappointed by Capitec and I am no longer going to advise any individual I know to start saving there because they might get a set off as well without their consent
