App**** for a loan online and was helped with a credit card. Their personnel are always friendly and really goes the extra mile.

I then went to Capitec Hartbee****rt where I waited only 5 minutes in peak banking hours to be helped and my card was activated in another 6 minutes!!

Wow, that is doing things simpler, faster, better with a smile!
