Service sucks

<p>At this time of the year went to capitec bank Monday to deposit money in khayelitsha site b they told me I must do it outside but the was no one in the till where as it is not safe ,went again Tuesday was told the same as I deposited the first amount inside went to bank to withdraw more money when I got was told they don't do deposit inside mist wait outside for 30 minutes or must do it outside told the lady it's a lot of money will need deposit slip with reference but they told no .what kind of bank does this and yet the advertise no lines that's bull****</p>
