Service par excellence
Shane is a consultant from Ficksburg. Took her time, going beyond normal working hours, to help me understand my banking needs and answer my questions. That’s service par excellence. Never mind the fact that I’ll be saving a few etxa bucks by switching banks, it’s the patience and professionally friendly service I get from the branch in general, and yesterday in particular that gets the five star ?. Keep it up!
