Service on the highest level

On the 13th of May 2020 I stepped into the Alberton branch and was assisted by Nelisile Msthebula, I just wanted to say big ups on the wonderful service I recieved, she was very helpful and had so much patience in asssiting me to join and be a member of the Capitec and move all my accounts and salary to Capitec after my previous banks horrible experience.

With the experience that I recieved I just wanted to say thank you for solving all my problems with your patience and product knowledge, a lot of service related companies can do with an employee of her calibre. Well done Neli, I'm a new and proud Capitec client
