**** service from Capitec

People than wonder why a lot of people end up not paying their debts and a large amount of people in our country are blacklisted. I took a personal loan last year in July and I have never missed a payment and unfortunately on the 23rd of February I got dismissed at work and I first went to the branch to ask how do they help in such cases and they just gave me an sms number. I than Google the number and called. But than to my surprise they told me that they can't help me with anything. I asked but I was paying insurance and they only say now that they only cover retrenchment. I than ask can I please make a payment arrangement and they said I must first get means of getting money than only than I can make arrangements. Must one first be blacklisted or must I just leave the debt cause I seriously don't understand why must the payment bounce first. Capitec is a joke serious

Please advise what does one do in such cases cause again tomorrow when I fail to pay I will be wrong but I was denied the right of making payment arrangements, and again they must stop including the insurance if they are gonna talk **** when one is in need of the service of the so called insurance
