Service fee

I had loan with capitec bank which I fully paid to my surprise I still owe them n account was paid up in February already and am told to pay for service fee for I dnt knw and I then agreed to pay the service fee of R75 which was now double charged and I was told it's for settling the account which was R0. 00 end of February this bnk is *** mxa
