**** SERVICE & FALSE ADVERTISING
Absolutely disgusted and disappointed in the service I've received from Capitec in the past few weeks. Made a withdrawal off my forex account to my savings in the first week of June and still no money in my account. Tried calling and emailing the bank multiple times no one wants to assist or bother to follow up. For a bank that prides themselves in offering simplified banking that's a very big lie and I will be switching banks.
