SERVICE FAILURE by *****/FORENSIC

The forensic team are not helping. Ncebakazi didn't do her job now am at a loss of money. she said when i followed up on my case that she will call me back in 10 min as the other banks had put a hold on the account. upon following up after almost a month, she only started the process at the beginning , her rudeness laaawwwdd. to date i have no feedback, after going to the bank 3 times. is it normal to just allow people top loose their money with an ounce of care...nonsence.
