Worst ever.. I had 1 last debit to pay for my loan which was 1400 I was then debit twice and amount of 1400 and then 1500 called and the said the refunded the 1400 and not the 1500 cause the balance was 1400 into the savings account linked to the loan acc and not my personal fnb acc which the debit from.. I haven't use that acc since taking this loan and the card expired now I have to run around to get my own money this is BULL**** just refund me back into my fnb cause you had no problem double debuting me from it
