Service Dissatisfaction!

I'm not happy with the service I have received regarding the Capitec credit insurance department. I have made a claim for retrenchment and they only made a partial payment, I had to make an affidavit to confirm that I'm still unemployed in order for them to make a second payment. I have been sending emails to them to confirm if they have received my emails and the last respond they gave me was that they second payment will be made by the end of September, till today no payment was made and i have been calling their department and they are not helping at all. I have been a loyal client to capitec but at this point im not happy at all and im even considering to change my bank account all together I'm dissatisfied!!!
