Service at Capitec Brackenfell

I was forced to resign from my place of employment on 08 Dec 2018, due to ill health(I am 62 years old). I had personal loan with Capitec Bank and went to them to inform about me not working and will atrange to pay as soon as I get money from somewhere. I did not get provedent fund from my Employer or pension payouts. I registered with SASSA to get old age pension. The first payment from them was due today. I went to Capitec Brackenfell yesterday to inform them that I will be getting SASSA money and that I can only afford R500 a month to pay of my debt. They were happy with the arrangement. Today however they took all my money by debit order, leaving me with R20 to live from for the rest of the month.
