EFT from Capitec to FNB at 18H59 its been a day already and still no Funds. they issued a tracking number in the Proof of Payment SMS but do not have any facilities to confirm the payment was done. I call the call centre and the agents dont know what I want when I said I want to confirm if payment was real the agent responded that they cannot as they will have to access the client account. then DONT ****ING add the reference verification code in your **** SMS's Capitec is a Joke! STASSEN Should never had left!
