I am appalled by the service I received. On October 14th, I spent over half an hour chatting with an agent on WhatsApp about my concerns, only for her to waste my time and then abruptly close the chat without resolving anything. This is pathetic service. I also posted on HelloPeter and was promised a follow-up, but no one has contacted me.
