I have an unauthorized transaction that I reported and tried to dispute while it was pending. I got response from Capitec with reference number ***0 on the 5th of December 2025 that they were working on it, and the last correspondence was from Anshesia saying let me have a look. Since then nothing has happened and now the transaction has been banked and Capitec Bank is quiet with no accountability or correspondence what so ever.
