I reported Capitec bank for the issue I was having. I asked a manager to call me back and the agent called last week Thursday saying a manager will call me back within 24hours and that never happened. I then Hellopetered Capitec again and the same agent called me and still no manager. The agent called and I asked for a call back and that never happened. The agent called again and then the manager apparently said the agent must call me again. Uhm... Does these people not read with understanding or understand instructions? A week later and no resolution to the issues I was experiencing and thus unacceptable.
