SERVICE!!!!

<p>Capitec has installed a card machine at my business.That was 2 weeks ago.Then Connect net came and installed a new an S pad(the old one the technician installed worked 100%)since then I have all sorts of trouble.Its costing me money (phone calls I have to make that gets me nowwhere) because all the machine throws out is Failed connection,my customers are complaining the machine does not want to work in the shop but at the ATM's the cards work just fine.Capitec is not Depositing the machines transactions to my bank account like they should.I have been going to one person to another telling them my situation,sending them the proof they want and NOTHING is happening.Capitec and Connect Net is costing me money.</p>
