The worst bank ever I reported ***** last year December 27th, 2023 till today no response nothing. Agents at their call center looks at your reference number then cut you off and tell you it's the system that cuts the call off. They cannot call you back you get to be sent from pillar to post, call log closed no notification nothing at all. I have never seen such bad service I have closed my account and will be closing my son's accounts too with the bank I never want to work with such an institution. That it's the biggest bank it does not mean it needs to treat it's client in such a manner big or small, very disappointed in their ********** service.
