Server Error - Client Center refused to help

My wife got stuck at night alone at a petrol station because Capitec was offline and she could not buy petrol to get back home. The client center was very unhelpful and unfriendly. They insisted the problem was with my phone, but I also tried the website and 2 different cards and accounts. All give "server error encountered". Eventually she ended up selling her cell phone to be able to buy petrol. Will Capitec replace her cell phone?
