Seriously heartless and disrespectful towards the man on the street!

I have been a client of Capitec for many years...I'm very disappointed and left with a terrible feeling regarding the institution. So the bank completely devoured my annual bonus by deducting my monthly debit orders without consulting me on the 23rd of December where i have a standard salary pay date, never faulted! Heartless, completely disillusioned and no respect for the man on the street! The "team leader" could not point out to me where it states that they are allowed to debit my account when ever they feel like it!!! So...now i have to provide letters do say my salary is still coming into my account, why must it be my problem?
