Seriously???again???

Capitec seems to pride itself in doing whatever the hell they want. They have once again debited my account without my permission. Our contract states the 31st and yet here they are. I went to a branch where I was told they confirmed my paydate to be the 31st which is absolute ******** because we have never been paid on that date, which means someone is not doing their job. I now have two returned debit orders that i want to be refunded. and I want the money they took from my capitec account. I cant keep going back and forth with this damn bank about the same issues. Now I must go get a bank statement which I will be charged for simply because they hire *********** idiots. I would never ever recommend them. One problem after the other.
