Sending cash with the bank sucks!

I needed to send someone R50 cash. On the cellphone there is this option. I tried 3 times and it did not work. Other person is unable to get that money. I went to the bank and was told at the door to come back tomorrow as all banks are experiencing problems with sending cash. I was also told they might be able to help the next day. i am a pensioner without transport and need to walk far to get to the bank. I have been told to wait 30 days for my money. I find this rediculous that a service that the bank offers does not work, every time you try they take over R8 charges, and then you must wait 30 days to get you money back due to a fault on the banks side. The bank obviously gains interest on your money, and you definitely will not get the charges back.
