Send money to the wrong number

Hello I'm having a problem with my bank capitec cause on the 25 of May I send the money to the wrong number then I realize later on then I contacted capitec to revese the money to my account then they told me that they can't since it's my fault I even submitted the number that I wrongful send it to but they failed to help me the number that I send my money to is *** which I don't know whom they belong to pls help cause I wanted to send it to *** then I made mistakes by one number

Hello I was busy chats with capitec bank the block my emails they not want to talk to me again that bad it they way they treat the customers they not have a good treatment to the customers
