Send Cash unrealiable so disappointed with this service
I have send a voucher and shared a pin with person I want to pay.The person claim they didn't share a pin or a voucher with anyone but its being redeemed.I called Capitec I cannot get help so now I have to pay the person again this time in person.So this sendcash thing its a **** so people will milk us try cos Capitec cannot confirm the ID and name of person who withdraw my money to me then why is ID needed.I have use this thing for the last time.Rather stand for hours at shoprite cos them can solve this issue without any hassle

29 Jan 2020, 16:26Capitec can be useless, Now I have to go to Police Station to Subpoena Shoprite but you say you can see from your side which I doubt.So you got into this partnership with shoprite to shift every matter to them.For your info I called shoprite they were ready to give me the name and ID of person withdraw the money unfortunately I used Capitec app if it was their M-number this matter will be sorted by now.No wonder every hacker can hack your accounts and money disappear invest into IT .
