Selfie feature malfunction.

I am really frustrated with capitec's new selfie verification security measure. I have gone through a great deal of trouble and is still unable to make payments. The feature does not work and does not recognise my face. I have called the helpline and done everything they told me to. I have visited a branch and the problem is still not solved.

I dont want this feature and is bot given the option to use different security measures.

If my phone's camera is not good enough they can't expect me to buy a new or better phone to be able to use their app.

This is redicilous.
