Selfie feature

The new Selfie feature is a nice to have enhancement but shouldn't be mandatory. I've been struggling to make emergency transactions for the past 4 hours. If you introduce such a feature, why make it mandatory and yet users can't proceed with simple tasks such as making a simple transaction? This is extremely unacceptable. If you're going to make it a requirement then make sure the feature is of the highest standard because I just don't understand why such a feature is a mandatory requirement.
