Selfie??

I have been using the app for many many years to make payments, but there is a recently introduced "selfie" feature for payment to new beneficiaries. (Basically to make a payment to a new beneficiary you cant do so until it recognises your face in a selfie) I understand the concept, for security measures, but it simply doesn't work. I have been trying unsuccessfully to make important payments today to new beneficiaries, but it is constantly reverting back with error messages, if I am unable to make payments to suppliers because my face is suddenly unrecognizable on your app (?). In addition I called the support centre to raise the issue and was told there are numerous complaint about this feature, so I suggest you rethink this feature very quickly. In the meantime, I'll take my business elsewhere.
