Seems like Capitec Bank can't even help with a basic payment reverse - Trust us with the big stuff when a small mistake is handled so poorly

Usually I always recommend Capitec Bank to friends and family but today I'm utterly disappointed in their service and help when I had a issue. When I used the "Pay Beneficiary/Cellphone Registered" department on my app I accidentally used ONE wrong number and paid a wrong person. I immediately contacted Capitec Bank and even went into the branch. They basically told me there is nothing they could do and can't reverse this payment. A simple mistake like this and they couldn't help. Very very disappointed.
